2. Schedule and place purchase order for worldwide vendors based on analyzing historical usage, material requirement planning forecast and product life cycle.
3. Proactively partner with vendors and successfully cultivate close relations.
4. Utilize just-in-time and first-in-first-out system, and cycle counting to achieve high on-time-shipment rate and inventory accuracy rate.

1. Develop close partnerships with local institutions, international logistics companies, payment companies and service providers, conduct seller communication meeting and campaign with them.
2. Identify and recruit potential brands/sellers through recruiting meeting, e-commerce exposition and large campaign.
3. Support new sellers to establish e-commerce shop on FM, educate them about FM policy and high standard of customer experience, and organize offline events to increase knowledge about selling on FM.
4. Establish and develop strong relationships with key accounts, lead and drive them into store launches, sales campaign, brands events, to achieve their business goal with FM.
5. Collaborate and coordinate with other internal functions on online events, marketing, customer service, pertaining to the sellers.
